1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AI Game Master, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AI Game Master for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Disclaimer

The materials on AI Game Master are provided on an "as is" basis. AI Game Master makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall AI Game Master or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AI Game Master.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on AI Game Master could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AI Game Master does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

6. 5e Compatibility and Third-Party Rights

AI Game Master is a 5e-compatible tabletop fantasy tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Wizards of the Coast.

The service should use original setting text, original character and adventure content, user-created content, and open SRD-style rules concepts where applicable. Users may not upload or request reproduction of copyrighted book text, protected settings, branded characters, copyrighted art, or other material they do not have rights to use.

Where SRD 5.1 Creative Commons material is used, it is intended to follow the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license and maintain proper attribution.

7. Limitations on Liability

The limitations of liability set forth above may not apply to liability of a party to the extent applicable law does not permit such limitation.

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on AI Game Master may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AI Game Master may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
